My name is Julius Goodwin and I'am not a pastor, professional athlete, or certified nutritionist. Just a 33 year old Born Again Christian from Brooklyn, New York. I'm a creative, a health and wellness enthusiast, and your personal spiritual trainer. My purpose in life is to positively influence change throughout the world by transforming lives. My mission is to STRETCH your faith by renewing your mind, body, and spirit to build your spiritual muscles. Graciously, I'am here to serve you with purpose and it's an honor and pleasure to be able to connect with you to learn and grow in Love.
